Our minimum callout charge is £25-00, this also covers the 1st hours labour/diagnosis
In most cases we can diagnose the problem and fix it in the first hour. If its going to take longer than an hour we will quote you a price there and there and you can decide if you wish to accept it
If you accept our quotation and we are unable to fix the problem then there is NO CHARGE
