How we work
- If you are able to go online we will set up a remote session to diagnose your problem. If the problem can be fixed online, we will quote you a price and arrange an online appointment.
- If you are unable to go online. We will visit your Home or Business and Give a Free Diagnosis. You can then choose
- Collect & Return: a fixed price service, your computer returned working within 48 hours
- Onsite: If the problem requires repair onsite, or if you would prefer this, Our first hour is charged @ £25, then £20 per hour.

We are based in Helensburgh and provide an Onsite - Collect & Return and an Online Virtual Support PC repair service. We cover the areas of Helensburgh, Dumbarton, Balloch, Alexandria, Cardross, Rhu, Shandon, Luss, Arrochar, Garelochhead, Clynder, Roseneath, Kilcreggan and Coulport . We also provide a Online Virtual support service outside these areas.

- Wireless Broadband set-up and configuration £45-00 1st pc £5-00 each extra pc
- Data Recovery depending on the problem from £25-00
- Password recovery prices vary depending on file type
